We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within two weeks from the date you received your order. We would like to also insist on the crafted quality of our products. Each piece is unique and might vary slightly from portrayed images due to hand made craftsmanship. Therefore to qualify for a return, you must be eligible and have a tangible reasoning other than stated above.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as well as on costumized pieces.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery times are calculated from the day when we confirm the order. We aim to fulfill orders within a timeframe of one to two weeks due to the handmade nature of our creations, but we cannot be held responsible if the delivery time exceeds the indicated duration due to unforeseen circumstances.
